Are Renee Cosmetics products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition within 7 days of delivery.
